Is there a way to check the server status? I keep locking up the server 135, and then can not get back in. Is there a page showing the status of all servers?

Teleporting and scouting cities

My question is when you teleport either a random or adv. There is a cooling period from my understanding. Where you can not attack or scout other players town or NPC’s. So I ask how a person who ported were able to do these things you are unlikely to be able to do or am I just mis-informed how teleport work?

Tax and riots
I understand that a good way to earn gold is to use disaster relief to have loyalty to the max, while simultaneously max population and 100% in taxes. But it requires constant supervision. What is the best rate to get the most gold, resources, etc., without risking an uprising? What happens when your people riot? Can you somhow see it coming?

Upgrading your computer hardware and send more scouts can help you get more information when they try to spy someone. See Scouting for more information
If lvl valley is higher than your lvl of computer you won’t get any info.

Answer:
I think so yes. They show themselves as the units scouting the city has.

Change wealth of alliance.

Windows XP, Internet Explorer 6, Flash uncertain. The landlord in my alliance, Elders, has left the alliance, saw me as vice-host, but I can not increase the membership, or change myself to be a host. He is still listed as the founder and host, although he is no longer a member. What can I do without abandoning the alliance and start over?

Answer:
Host of the alliance can not leave the alliance without promoting one another as host. If he is still listed as host because he is still in alliance. If he definitely isn’t the alliance (that hes in a second and you can see that he is short or something) and its still listing him as the host then thats a mistake. But he can not leave without promoting someone to host.
