Can not build second city

I’m from one grade and Knight are my resources above 10000 I also have 250 + employees
I have a lvl was earlier a flat and started the construction of a city, then I asked my soldiers to the flat before the city was built to leave
Now the problem is that I am not a new second city to be built at all, even after another attack on the flat lvl 1

the percentage of casulties reciece you depends on honor, if you have more honor than your opponent a lower percentage of injuries received.

Answer:
Refugee Fund means your troops left because you do not have enough food to feed them. You do not get them back, and for each set of refugees who leave, you get a Public Complaints Commission, so be careful. Make sure you have enough food to maintain your army.

Wheel of Fortune mixup

On my last spin of the Wheel of Fortune, I was always a sort of war chest (I think that was an icon with red and blue shields). Not really knowing what I was doing, I went to my items and opened the coffin. Suddenly, I Ballista 126, 235 rams, catapults and 190 – to a maintenance of the 77,950 in the food! I started this game today, and I don’t really don’t have that kind of resources (eat my hourly rate now say -75.133). Me thought you’t been able to employ forces that you can’t support? I’ll just go further into debt? Is there a way I can get rid of these forces? Thanks!

You’re so lucky, but so sad at the same time. You have a Mechanics Battalion of the lottery. One item that I wish I could win. Unfortunately there is no way to get your problem unless you are able to keep your food until you are high enough to support these units. Catapults are the best units in the game, so try to keep at all costs! There are three ways you can get rid of these units, send them to their death, waiting to walk away from food, and they will leave as refugees, or go to your barracks and the next in the lower right corner of the image of the unit a red circle with a cross through it is called”ignore “, and you can send units your way. Sorry, there are no better options!
